  • Please remember that we do not have the entire exchange directions automatically.
  • All manual exchanges are processed by the operator, within 30 minutes, if the operator is online.
  • If there is no operator online, the order will be processed as soon as operator will be online.
  • Orders are checking several times a day and processing.
  • Please read sections “Exchange Rules” and “FAQ”, perhaps there is an answer.
  • If you have any problem with the exchange order, use the “Contact Form”, in the form note order number(exchange ID).
  • Don’t be shy, say hello.
    • Check order status
